My mind loves to wander off

And my brain loves finding ways to be distracted.

This makes it complicated for me to stay focused.

And the quality of our attention plays a huge part in our ability to be productive.

Luckily I found a solution that really helps with this: meditation.

It has genuinely improved my ability to focus and be more attentive.

I started off with Headspace but for the last few years I’ve been using Waking Up, which I love even more.
