What If I Could Win Every Time?
Being half Danish, half English, born in France and now living in the Netherlands means that I have an unfair amount of teams to support during the Euros ⚽
Tonight however, I am left with 2: England & Denmark who will be playing each other in the Semi-finals 🏴/🇩🇰
For me this means that whatever happens, one of my teams will be in the final 🏟️🏆
Whatever the score, it will be a win-win for me 🥇
This is a great feeling and something I try to recreate as often as possible in my life.
In my relationships... with my clients... with my fellow coaches.
I try to believe in abundance and create as many situations as possible where all parties can benefit.
This was not always the case however... especially when I was in the corporate world.
The competitive environment meant it often felt like I was playing a zero sum game 📉
This made it hard to share recognition and also hard (although I hate to admit it) to genuinely be happy for other people’s successes 😳
I was operating from a scarcity mindset, I was operating from fear. Fear of failure, fear of not being good enough, fear of not having enough money 💸
It wasn’t until I learnt about the abundance mindset that I realised it was possible to see things differently.
Believing in abundance gives me the confidence that there is enough out there for everyone.
It allows me to see more opportunities and possibilities 🧐
It makes me more creative and in general a much happier person 👨🎨
Where in life do you think you could adopt more of an abundance mindset?
What are examples of win-win situations that you create for yourself?
