Does size matter?

In most cases yes, size matters. And I was always told: The smaller the better…

Specifically when it comes to taking action!

Wait… what did you think I was talking about?

Creating Tiny Actions is one of my favorite tips against procrastination.

In the same way that an atom becomes powerful when split.

When an action is split, it can become the most important step in getting something done.

Small action steps reduce resistance.

They put us in forward motion and build momentum.

They make it easier for us to keep going.

People will often wait for motivation before taking action.

But most of the time, motivation comes as a result of taking action.

So if you want to reduce the amount by which you procrastinate.

One of the first things you can do is become a pro at creating Tiny Actions.

Ask yourself: “If I only had 2 minutes to work on this task, what would be the first tiny action I could take?”.

Then repeat.

“A journey of a thousand miles always starts with a single step” -Lao Tzu
